Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days before shipping. Processing time includes order verification, customization, quality check, and packaging.
Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide. Please note that some countries and regions have blocked or restricted international shipping. Customers outside the U.S. should confirm whether international delivery is available in their country before placing an order.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

USA Special Line: Approximately 5 business days on average, with 95% of orders delivered within 7 days.

General USA Fulfillment: 3–6 business days for items fulfilled from Tapstitch’s U.S. warehouse.
International Shipping

International Express: 5 business days on average, with 95% of orders delivered within 7 days.

Special Line: 10 business days on average, with 95% delivered within 15 days.

Standard Shipping: 25 business days on average, with 95% delivered within 30 days. This is usually the most cost-effective option for larger orders.

Fulfillment locations may vary (U.S. or China). Shipping from the U.S. is typically faster but can be more costly for bulk orders.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local holidays, severe weather, or incorrect address information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated and assigned by Tapstitch/Shopify based on product type, weight, and destination. You do not need to set up zones or rates manually. Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at itsdezimusic@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll facilitate a replacement or refund.
Pre-Orders & Delays
Occasionally, certain products may be offered as pre-orders or may be delayed due to high demand. If this applies to your order, the estimated shipping time will be noted on the product page.
Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
