No Returns or Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or other personal preferences. Each item is made-to-order, and as a small independent business, we do not have the resources to process general returns or exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at itsdezimusic@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement item at no additional cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once handed over to the shipping carrier. Please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Pre-Orders or Delays
If your order includes a pre-order item, or if there are unforeseen delays, this will be noted on the product page. Refunds for pre-orders are not available unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
